Star listing of all stars

47 Ursae Majoris (also called HD 95128) is a yellow dwarf star (spectral type G0V), similar to our own Sun. It was recently shown to possess two large planets. 47 Ursae Majoris is 44 light years from Earth in the constellation of Ursa Major.

The Planets

47 Ursae Majoris b is a gas giant the size of two and a half Jupiters with a distance from the star similar to that of Mars from our Sun. It is thus just outside the star's habitability zone, and any water on its moons would be frozen, although conceivably oceans of liquid water could exist below their surfaces, as on Jupiter's moon Europa.[1] (http://www.extrasolar.net/planettour.asp?StarCatId=&PlanetId=175)

47 Ursae Majoris c is very similar in size and orbital distance to Jupiter.
