6th US Circuit Court of Appeals - Definition

The United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit is a federal court with appellate jurisdiction over the following United States District Courts:

• Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky
• Western and Eastern Districts of Michigan
• Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio
• Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Tennessee

The court is based at the Potter Stewart U.S. Courthouse in Cincinnati, Ohio.
