AQAL AQAL

AQAL - Definition

In Integral theory, an AQAL (pronounced ah-qwal) theory, perspective, or point of view is one that incorporates, or that allows for, all quadrants, all levels, all lines, all states, all types. It is also called an Integral Operating System (IOS), using a computer analogy, because once IOS is installed, you can run any applications software on it that you want (i.e., applications to organizational issues; leadership development; political, health, and environmental problems; personal psychological and spiritual transformation, and so on.)
