Abdelkarim Hussein Mohamed Al-Nasser is a Saudi Arabian national and alleged member of al-Qaeda wanted by the United States government. He is wanted in connection with the June 25, 1996 attack on the Khobar Towers complex in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

Abdelkarim was born in Al Ihsa, Saudi Arabia and speaks Arabic and Persian.

On October 10, 2001, Abdelkarim Hussein Mohamed Al-Nasser was placed on the FBI Most Wanted Terrorists List.
