The Abolitionist society is a non-profit organization dedicated to the elimination of suffering through the use of science, especially biotechnology.
Roots of abolitionism
Abolitionism (when used to refer to the abolition of suffering) is a philosophy inspired by utilitarian ethic. "If happiness equals value, then the elimination of suffering should be our prime objective."
