Adobe LiveMotion was a product created by Adobe Systems which was perceived as a direct competitor to Macromedia Flash. It was discontinued November 15, 2003 by Adobe because of poor sales.
LiveMotion was created as a tool for the creation of interactive animated graphics. It was able to export to a variety of formats, including Quicktime and Macromedia Flash.
Adobe released LiveMotion and LiveMotion 2.0 before discontinuing development in 2003.
