2004 1st quarter

In First quarter 2004 Ahold recorded net loss of 405 million €. The result was partly a resurlt of trying to ditch an accounting scandal by selling of functions in Brasil and Thailand. Sales declined 11% to 15,4 billion € in the 1st quarter. Net debts were 7,1 billion € in the end of the quarter
