Al Muhsin was the unborn child of Fatima Al Zahra, the daughter of the prophet Muhammed. Shortly after the death of the Prophet a violent gang of usurpers of the Caliphate raided the home of Fatima and Ali ibn Abi Talib, her husband. The gang's leader violently kicked in the door behind which Fatima was standing, crushing her between it and the wall behind it. The impact caused an immediate miscarriage killing the unborn child (Al Muhsin).
The Prophet Mohammed before his death had informed his daughter that the child was to be a boy and instructed her to name him Al Muhsin. Al Muhsin was also named Mushabbar.
