The 3rd general election for the Province of Alberta, Canada, was held on April 17, 1909 to elect members of the Alberta legislature.

The Liberal Party under its new leader, Arthur L. Sifton, won a third term in office, defeating Conservative Party, which was once again led by R.B. Bennett.
