Amelia Marshall (born April 2, 1958) is an American soap opera actress. She was born in Albany, Georgia.

Her most famous role to date has been television presenter Virginia "Gilly" Grant, which she played on Guiding Light from 1989 until 1996.

As soon as she left Guiding Light, she was offered the role of Belinda Keefer on All My Children, which she played until 1999. Since 2001, she has played the role of conniving Liz Sanbourne on Passions. She also had a small role in Stuart Little 2 (2002).
