"Christina's World" is one of his most recognized works
Andrew Newell Wyeth (born 1917) is an American realist painter. He is often referred as "painter of the people." His works are exhibited in a number of galleries and museums, including the National Gallery of Art.
He received no formal education but it was his father, the illustrator N.C. Wyeth, who taught him how to paint.
