Angela Eagle - Definition

Angela Eagle (born 17 February 1961) is a politician in the United Kingdom. She is Labour member of Parliament for Wallasey. She was first elected in the 1992 election. From 1997 she was a junior minister but was dropped in 2002. She is shadowed by Conservative representative Leah Fraser.

She was joint winner of the British Girls' Under-18 chess championship in 1976 and is the twin sister of Maria Eagle MP.
