Aon Center (Los Angeles) - Definition

The Aon Center was the tallest building in Los Angeles until 1990 when the US Bank Tower surpassed it. Built in 1973, the Aon Center building is 858 feet (262 meters) high, and has 62 floors. It was previously known as the First Interstate Building.

On May 4, 1988 there was a fire on the 12th floor that damaged 5 floors, injured 40 people, and left 1 dead.

It is a perfect square black building, with a white border and the logo "AON" at the top in red.

The building's address is 707 Wilshire Boulevard.
