Aphoom-Zhah, The Cold Flame, is a fictional deity in the Cthulhu Mythos, a creation of Clark Ashton Smith. "He" is the progeny of Cthugha, often worshiped as the Lord of the Pole due to, like Ithaqua, being trapped above the Arctic Circle. "He" frequently visited Hyperborea during the last Ice Age. His appearance was like that of a vast, cold, grey flame.
