Aralar is a Basque nationalist political group in Spain. It takes its name after a sierra in the Basque Country. Its ideology is left-winged. They are for the Basque country´s self-determination, but unlike ETA and its political arm, Batasuna they are against the practice of terrorism or any form of political violence.
