Arcadians are a species in the fictional Star Trek universe.
They have large, round, doll-like heads and have hair on the left & right sides of their heads with none in the middle. Arcadians are members of the United Federation of Planets with a representative on the Federation Council. They joined at least as early as the 2280s.
To date, an Arcadian has only been seen in Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home.
