Arnside - Definition

Arnside is a village in Cumbria, England, situated on the border with Lancashire.

The village faces the estuary of the River Kent, and is within the Arnside/Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The village lies on the railway line to West Cumbria, which passes over the River Kent via the Arnside viaduct.
