ARTISTdirect, Inc. is an online music distribution company established in 1994.
The company's websites include its main site, Artistdirect.com, which contains music news, online shopping, music and video downloads, and music-related trivia games; the Ultimate Band List (UBL), a comprehensive database with information on over 100,000 bands, concerts, record labels, and other music-related resources; and iMusic, a site for discussing music.
ARTISTdirect also has a number of record labels, including iMusic (artists including Blues Traveler, Sir Mix-A-Lot, and Warren G) and ARTISTdirect Records (artists including Badly Drawn Boy and The Blood Brothers).
