Artur Davis (born October 9 1967), American politician, has been a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives since 2003, representing the 7th District of Alabama. He was born in Montgomery, Alabama, was educated at Harvard University, and was a lawyer and Assistant United States Attorney before entering the House. He is a member of the Congressional Black Caucus.
