Atef Obeid - Definition and Overview

Atef Mohammed Ebeid (born April 14, 1932) is the former Prime Minister of Egypt. He was appointed on October 5, 1999, replacing Kamal Ganzouri, who resigned. Economic growth slowed and the price of living soared during his term, so Atef Ebeid resigned on 9 July 2004. He was replaced by Ahmed Nazif
