Baby Herman is a fictional character created by The Walt Disney Company and Amblin Entertainment for the movie Who Framed Roger Rabbit as Roger Rabbit's Co-star in the short cartoons he stars in. He is more active in the cartoon shorts than in the actual movie. Despite his name Baby Herman is not an actual baby. He is a grown man who looks like a baby. He plays a baby in the cartoon shorts. Baby Herman appeared in the three cartoon shorts alongside Roger. He also appeared sporadically in the Comic Book Series. He also had his own feature in Roger Rabbit's Toontown. He is voiced by actor Lou Hirsch.
