Basque Country (Basque Euskadi, Spanish País Vasco) is an autonomous community of Spain whose capital is Vitoria (Basque Gasteiz). It is part of the larger Basque native lands, which are also called the “Basque Country.” The following Spanish provinces make up Basque Country:
