Missing image Bbaron58.jpg Beechcraft model 58 Baron The Beechcraft Baron is twin-engine development of the Beechcraft Bonanza. The progenitor of the Baron was the Beechcraft Travel Air, which took the fuselage of the Bonanza and the tail control surfaces of the T-34 Mentor. The tail control surfaces were replaced with those of the Beechcraft Debonair, the engine nacelles were streamlined and the aircraft was renamed the Baron.
