Bergslagen is a geographical area in middle Sweden. It's an unofficial province where mining and metallurgic industry historically has been a key business. Bergslagen traditionally covers parts of the provinces Dalecarlia, Nericia (southern Nericia was part of the original Bergslagen, Järnberget), Wermelandia, and Westmannia.
