Bicolano or Bikol is an Austronesian language used in the Philippines particularly on the Bicol Peninsula on the island of Luzon. ISO 639 assigns the code BIK to Bicolano.
Classification
Bicolano is classified as a Central Philippine language, which is a sub-branch of the Meso Philippine–Western Malayo-Polynesian languages. Bicolano is further subdivided into three groups: Coastal Bikol, Inland Bikol, and Pandan Bikol.
