Birmingham Canal Navigations - Definition and Overview

Birmingham Canal Navigations (BCN) is a network of canals linking Birmingham, England to Wolverhampton and the Black Country.

At its maximum, there were about 160 miles of canals; today just over 100 miles are navigable.
