Blake Ross - Definition and Overview |

Blake Ross became a minor celebrity in early 2005 as the press became interested in the personalities behind Firefox following the success of its 1.0 release. He was featured on the cover of the February Wired magazine as part of their lead story on Firefox's development (http://www.wired.com/wired/archive/13.02/firefox.html?pg=3&topic=firefox&topic_set=). Blake Ross is a software developer who is known for working on the Mozilla browsers. In particular he started the Mozilla Firefox project with Dave Hyatt.
Blake attended Gulliver Preparatory School in Miami, Florida and was hired to work as an intern at Netscape Communications Corporation at the age of 15. He is currently attending Stanford University.
