Boise metropolitan area - Definition and Overview

The Boise metropolitan area is a region of Idaho which includes not only the city of Boise, Idaho's capitol and largest city, but also the cities of Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Kuna, Star, Eagle, Middleton, and Homedale. This area is often referred to as the Treasure Valley, although this term can also be applied to Ontario, Oregon.
