008	Iztacalco	Rough
009	Iztapalapa	Rough, most populous borough
010	Magdalena Contreras	Suburban leading to rural
011	Miguel Hidalgo	Posh: embassies and Chapultepec park
012	Milpa Alta	Rural
013	Tláhuac	Rural
014	Tlalpan	Suburban, rural, and mountainous (Ajusco)
015	Venustiano Carranza	Decaying inner city; international airport
016	Xochimilco	Canals and a very special state of mind

Mexican post codes beginning with "01" are in Álvaro Obregón; those beginning with "04" are in Coyoacán, etc.
