Bothwell County is a historic county in the Canadian province of Ontario.
Bothwell was a division used by the federal government as an electoral district in Canada's early parliaments from 1867 to 1903. It was never a county in the political sense, although it is listed in some post-Confederation census records as a county of residence.
Bothwell consisted of the Kent County townships of Bothwell, Camden, Dresden, Howard, Orford, Ridgetown, Thamesville and Zone, and the Lambton County townships of Dawn, Euphemia and Sombra.
