Brant Bjork is a drummer, producer and one of the more notable figures in the stoner rock scene. A member of the founders of the genre, Kyuss, Brant left the band in the 1993 following the release of Welcome to Sky Valley. That same year, he produced Fu Manchu's debut album No One Rides for Free. In 1997, he picked up the sticks for the bands 1997 cut Action is Go and joined the band full-time. Brant then founded his record label Duna Records (previously known as El Camino) and released a solo album, Jalamanta. Bjork's next project was Che, who issued a single LP before dissapearing back into the ether. He has since continued to pursue other projects.
