The American-Scottish Brian Molko (born December 10, 1972 in Brussels) is a vocalist and guitarist with the band Placebo.
As his father was an itinerant banker, Molko travelled frequently as a child, living in Lebanon, Liberia and Luxembourg. He attended Goldsmiths College in London, where he studied drama.
He formed Ashtray Heart with Stefan Olsdal; eventually they formed Placebo together with drummer Robert Schulzberg.
