Bromsgrove School - Definition and Overview

Bromsgrove School was founded in 1553 and is located in the small, Worcestershire town of Bromsgrove, UK. It was known as a chantry school in the Middle Ages and was then re-established in 1553 as a Tudor Grammar School. Sir Thomas Cooke endowed a number of buildings on the present site in 1693.
