Bunjil - Definition and Overview

In Aboriginal mythology, specifically Kulin and Wurundjeri, Bunjil is the supreme god. The Kulin claims he is a culture-hero and taught them all the important skills in living, but the Wurundjeri claims he created mankind. He now lives in the sky. Binbeal is his son.
