Buster Poindexter, is a musician, better known for its collaborations with the Saturday Night Live band. He had a single in 1987, called Hot, Hot, Hot. Buster Poindexter is actually the psuedonym for David Johansen who began his musical career with the New York Dolls, an early 70's glam rock proto - punk band."
