CCDA - Definition

The Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA) is a member of the Cisco career certification family of exams. It is the Associate or entry level certification of the Design track. The CCDA covers topics such as VoIP, Routing, IPv6, and IPv4, as well as campus network design methodoligies and concepts.

The Cisco exam number is 640-861, and is administered by Prometric. The duration is 75 minutes and covers between 55 and 65 questions.
