The Cache Valley is a broad arid agricultural valley in northern Utah and southern Idaho in the United States. It extends approximately 50 mi (80 km) north from Logan, Utah to north of Preston, Idaho along the west side of the Bear River Mountains, the northernmost extension of the Wasatch Range, and along the east side of the Wellsville Mountains. It is largely drained and irrigated by the Bear River and its tributaries, in the watershed of the Great Salt Lake.

In the early 19th century the valley was inhabited by Shoshone and other Native Americans. In the late 1840s the valley was the site of early Mormon settlement. In 1863 it was the site of the Bear River Massacre.
