Cajundome - Definition and Overview

The Cajundome is a 12,800-seat multi-purpose arena in Lafayette, Louisiana. The arena opened in 1984. It is home to the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns basketball team and the ECHL's Louisiana Ice Gators. The arena also hosts many regional concerts and special events. The arena is the centerpiece of the Lafayette skyline.
