Cardio - Definition and Overview |

Cardio, exercise intended to be for cardiovascular training rather than weight loss, or so on, is a method of training (or type of equipment) in fitness. It is suitable, for example, marathon training preparation (some recommend to do cardio 30 minutes in the morning before eating), and also for reducing weight.
Some speak also about "High Octane Cardio".
