Carlos Alazraqui is an American actor and voice actor. He has performed several voices for Nickelodeon cartoons, including Denzel Q. Crocker on The Fairly OddParents, Rocko the wallaby on Rocko's Modern Life, and the titular protagonist of the first game in the Spyro the Dragon series. His trademark Latino accent has also been used to perfrom the voice of the Taco Bell chihuahua and Mr. Weed on Family Guy.
He currently plays Deputy James Garcia on Comedy Central's Reno 911!.
