Carpatair is a Romanian airline company with its hub based in Timisoara, that offers flights between Romanian cities and other cities in Europe, mainly in Italy and Germany. It is growing in terms of market share against TAROM and is the second-largest Romanian airline. Carpatair started its operations March 1999 in Cluj-Napoca.
