Celtic Pride (1996) is a comedy directed by Tom DeCerchio. It features Daniel Stern and Dan Aykroyd as Mike O'Hara and Jimmy Flaherty, two fans of the basketball team, the Boston Celtics.
The Celtics are about to face the Utah Jazz for the season's championship; due to the presence of the Jazz' star player, Lewis Scott (Damon Wayans), the Celtics are not favored to win. The plot of the film revolves around O'Hara and Flaherty's attempt to kidnap Scott to prevent him from playing in the championship game.
