The Chelsea College of Art and Design, previously called the Chelsea School of Art (1928-2001), is part of the University of the Arts London. It was founded in 1891 and specialises in courses in art and design. Students attending in the year 2004-5 are all moving to a new College site at Millbank in London, where for the first time all the courses will be housed under one roof.
