The Station platform

Cheung Sha Wan station, located in Sham Shui Po district, is an underground station on the Tsuen Wan Line of Hong Kong MTR, between stations Sham Shui Po and Lai Chi Kok. It's opened in 1982.

Originally planned with the name So Uk, it's really the closest MTR station to the Han dynasty tomb there. Nevertheless, this station contributes to large commuter flow for the line, as well as providing rapid transit for the residents nearby.

Platform doors are recently installed along both sides of the island platform in this simple through station.
