Chevrolet Aveo - Definition and Overview

The Chevrolet Aveo is a subcompact car built by General Motors' Daewoo Motors subsidiary. It is sold as the Daewoo Kalos in Europe and Suzuki Swift+ in Canada. From 2005, European version is rebadged as Chevrolet Kalos, but some Eeastern Europe markets retain Aveo name. GM also plans to begin Kalos production in China in 2005 to replace the Buick Sail there.
