|
|
The Christian Science Herald is a publication of the Church of Christ, Scientist through the Christian Science Publishing Society, founded by Mary Baker Eddy, for languages other than English. It includes articles written from the metaphysical angle of Christian Science, with editorials, church news items, testimonies of healing, and listings of Christian Science churches, practitioners, nurses, and Committees on Publication. The magazine saw an interval of controversy when in 1992 its editors resigned en masse to protest the church's publication of the book The Destiny of The Mother Church by Bliss Knapp.
