 Christopher Cross - Definition 

Christopher Geppert Cross (born May 3, 1951) is an American singer. He is best know for composing Arthur's Theme from the Dudley Moore film Arthur which won the Academy Award for best song in 1981 (with co-composers Burt Bacharach, Carole Bayer Sager and Peter Allen.)

Born in San Antonio, Texas, and released his self-titled debut album Christopher Cross, it was released in 1979 with his best known single "Sailing" which came out in one year after.
