Coleslaw (or Cole Slaw) is a salad of finely-shredded raw cabbage and sometimes shredded carrots, dressed with a mayonnaise, milk, or vinegar-based dressing. The cabbage may come in finely-minced pieces, shredded strips, or small squares.
