Colleen Dion (born December 26, 1964 in Newburgh, New York) is an American actress. She is one of the more notable character actresses on soap operas.

Apart from the smaller roles that have characterized her career, she is most known for her portrayal of Felicia Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful, a role she played from 1990 to 1992, in 1997, and returned from July to December 2004.

In addition to her role on The Bold and the Beautiful, she has appeared in a supporting capacity on seven other soaps. She had roles on Search for Tomorrow, Loving, Santa Barbara in the 1980s, and a semi-regular role on Another World as breast cancer sufferer Brett Gardner from 1993 to 1994. She went on to play villainess Leslie Coulson on All My Children in a recurring capacity from 1999 to 2001.

Recently, she played Dahlia Ventura on As the World Turns and Ramona Hendon on Guiding Light before the producers of B&B asked Dion to come back for a guest spot in the role of Felicia. One guest appearance led to another, and she was quickly integrated into the storyline, earning a place in the new opening credits even though her temporary contract ran out in late September 2004. She is still working on the show even though her home is in New York City (B&B tapes in Los Angeles), and reports have indicated that she will ink a permanent contract with the show.
