Compilation of Final Fantasy VII is the formal title for a series of games and films developed in 2004 and 2005 by Japaneseconsole developer Square Enix. Spearheaded by Tetsuya Nomura and Yoshinori Kitase, the series currently consists of four titles (either already in release or in development), all of which are either sequels or prequels to Square's 1997 hit role-playing game, Final Fantasy VII.
Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII — The conclusion to the series, very little is known about Crisis Core at this point other than that it is being developed for the PSP and is expected to be released in early 2006.
